Refund Policy

Because our services involve live performances and date-specific bookings, all payments are subject to the following refund policy.

Performance Bookings

• A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your date and time. Once a booking is confirmed, that date is reserved exclusively for you.

• If a cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the event date, any payments made beyond the deposit may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

• Cancellations made within 15 days of the event are non-refundable, as preparation, scheduling, and potential lost bookings occur during this period.

• If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the client’s control (such as severe weather, venue closure, or emergency situations), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the performance. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
